A Little About
Myself.

My leadership philosophy is to instill in others the skills they need to be the best educators for the students, parents, and community that they serve through continued support, professional development and modeled leadership with a strong emphasis on ethics and morale.

LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY COURSE: EAD 501, JUNE 28, 2021 revised September 7, 2022 EAD 536
As a leader, I not only understand the importance of academic and social success for the students, but I understand it for my staff as well.  My servant leadership is first to the staff because without them I cannot effectively be there for the students, and it takes all of us to be present and fully involved.   My leadership is student centered and focuses on students well-being.  My why is simply because someone, some where will need what I have to offer and for that reason, I must be present and show up each day ready to serve.  Servant Leader, that is me!
